Shipping and Returns
In most cases, orders are shipped within one business day, but in some cases may take 3-5 business days. Please be sure to check your address before submitting your order. Collectiv Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address if incorrect or insufficient information was given.
For domestic (US) orders, you have 14 days upon arrival of the product to reach out regarding a return. You may return the product if it remains in its original condition and you will be given in store credit, which never expires.
Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase "Free Return Shipping + Package Protection," which covers the cost of return shipping, and insures packages against in-transit loss or damage. Customers who opt out of purchasing "Free Return Shipping + Package Protection" are responsible for paying for return shipping.
All items marked "Sale" or items in the Clearance section are FINAL.
If your item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours to initiate your claim through our claims portal or by emailing hello@collectivco.com with pictures of the damage, and we will either issue a refund or send you a new item.
Once your order is delivered to your doorstep, Collectiv Co. is no longer responsible for what happens to it from that point onward. We strongly recommend purchasing "Free Return Shipping + Package Protection", which will either provide a full refund or cover the full cost of replacing your items if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
All international orders are FINAL.
If you are an international customer and you do not purchase "Free Return Shipping + Package Protection", Collectiv Co. is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
International orders may be subject to import fees. If required, you will be responsible for paying the duties and taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier may not deliver the package until payment has been made.
