Shipping and Returns
In most cases, orders are shipped out the day after they are received, but in some cases may take 3-5 business days. Please be sure to check your address before submitting your order. Collectiv Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address if incorrect or insufficient information was given.
For domestic (US) orders, you have 14 days upon arrival of the product to reach out to me regarding a return. You may return the product if it remains in its original condition and you will be given in store credit, which never expires.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping and will be charged a restocking fee dependent on product cost.
All "Sale" items are FINAL.
All rugs purchased with a discount code of 20% off or higher are FINAL.
If your item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours to contact me through our website or at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damage, and we will either issue a refund or send you a new item.
Once your order is delivered to your doorstep, Collectiv Co. is no longer responsible for what happens to it from that point onward. If you would like to set up signature confirmation, you may set that up yourself after you receive the tracking information.
All international orders are FINAL.
If you are an international customer and you select to pay for standard shipping without tracking and insurance, Collectiv Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
